Information we collect

Contact form: when you write to us we store your name, company, email, phone and message, so we can reply to you.

Newsletter: if you subscribe we store your email address. Subscription is double opt-in, you confirm it by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics, without cookies

We measure basic, anonymous traffic (page views, unique visits, referrers and languages) with a privacy-first, cookieless system. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

To count unique visits we use a temporary hash built from your IP address and browser plus a secret that changes every day. It is not stored as personal data and cannot be used to identify you or to follow you across days or sites.

Cookies

The public site does not set tracking cookies. We may store your language preference so the site remembers it, and the private admin area uses an essential sign-in cookie for the site owner only.

Why we can process your data

We rely on your consent for the newsletter, and on our legitimate interest in replying to your messages and understanding aggregate, anonymous traffic to improve the site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need to handle your enquiry, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to host the site and deliver our email. They only process data on our behalf, and we never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, at any time. Just email us and we will take care of it.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
