This website is run by Jordi Gasau Mora (thosekids), the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at hello@thosekids.studio.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the fact that you gave consent, and the date, time and IP address of that consent. We use this only to send you the newsletter and to prove your consent was given.
• Contact form. When you write to us we receive your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message, so we can reply.
• Signing in. If you sign in, we use your email to send a one-time magic link and set secure sign-in cookies so you stay logged in.
• Technical data. We may process your IP address and basic request information to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for the newsletter (you can withdraw it at any time), and on our legitimate interests in replying to your messages, running the site, and keeping it secure.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our anti-spam check (ALTCHA) is privacy-friendly and does not track you across websites.

How we store and share it

Your data is stored in our database and is not sold. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting and email-delivery providers, and only so they can perform those services for us.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records. Sign-in tokens and temporary links expire automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• see the personal data we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong,
• delete it,
• or withdraw your consent to the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email with one click, or manage your subscription at your subscription page. To exercise any other right, email hello@thosekids.studio. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
